Adriana Pagliai is a French photographer currently working between Paris and Seoul. Moving between fashion, music, and documentary photography, her work explores image-making as a space where emotion, storytelling, and visual experimentation intersect.
Blending cinematic atmospheres with strong artistic direction, she develops visual universes influenced by youth culture, contemporary music, memory, and personal experiences. Her approach navigates between staged imagery and spontaneous moments, creating photographs suspended between intimacy, fiction, and reality.
Alongside editorial and commissioned projects, Adriana also develops long-term personal works conceived as visual diaries, documenting the emotional traces left by people, places, and everyday encounters.
Her visual language is deeply influenced by 1980s cinema, religious iconography, science fiction, and Japanese animation, all of which shape her attraction to dramatic light, surreal atmospheres, and emotionally charged imagery.
